Refund Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Consultations and Services: All consultation fees and program costs are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
Subscriptions (Flow & Heal): Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no prorated refunds will be provided for unused time in the billing cycle.
Event Bookings: Payments for events, retreats, and in-person sessions are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible with a minimum of 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.
Cancellations: Cancellations for one-on-one sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
